BILL OF RIGHTS

The "Bill of Rights,"a 136' schooner, was based out of Channel Island Harbor. It was used for educational purposes during the week and provide day-sail to the public on weekends.
I started sailing with them with the goal of becoming a relief captain. But the ship ran into financial difficulties and was sold and moved to Chula Vista Harbor.
